Return & Refund Policy


We appreciate that at times it may be difficult to purchase a product over the internet, especially when you can only see a picture and description of a product. Should you wish to return purchased goods back to us, we will be happy to refund or exchange them provided they are totally unused and in fully resalable condition within 14 days of purchase

However, if the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund on the item
Any costs for the re-delivery of the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.

If the goods have been removed from their original packaging and/or assembled, your right to cancel/returned them may be forfeited.

Any free gifts received with your order must be returned if an order is canceled.
Should you wish to cancel or return any purchased products you will require to contact the Smart buy uk Customer Service team in order to obtain an official ‘Returned Product Authorisation (RPA) Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of RPA. you must ensure that you have communicated and obtained an official from our customer services team via email before returning an item and that your returned parcel must include the RPA within the package.

Non-returnable and refundable

For any perishable products such as chocolates, cheese, etc. we don’t do any returns or refunds.
However, we do make exceptions in the event of unforeseen things where you received the wrong or damaged product.

Receiving your refund

Once we have received your product, we’ll refund your money in the same way you initially paid for it.
By credit or debit card – Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 7 to 10 Business working days for the refund to show in your account.
If you purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price. If you are returning items that were purchased on a promotion, such as ‘Buy one get one half price or ‘3 for 2’, then the promotion will no longer apply and your refund value will be adjusted accordingly.
Where you use a coupon when paying for your order, the coupon will be considered used where you are returning only some of the goods to which the coupon applies – you will only be able to redeem the coupon against a future purchase if you are returning all the goods to which the coupon applies.
